Function: attachPivotPoints()

attachPivotPoints(options): Plugin<SeriesHost, IndicatorApi<PivotPoints>>

Mounts Pivot Points on that pane — the period boundary (anchor) is the consumer's knowledge. P is the axis, R is resistance (down color), S is support (up color).
