Function: pointerInteractions()

pointerInteractions(element, options?): InteractionHandler

The contract factory for the default pointer interactions — hides the implementation class and hands back an InteractionHandler. The fine-grained toggles (pan, zoom, crosshair, doubleClickReset, kineticScroll, keyboard, zoomSpeed) all come in through this door:

The element is received when this is created — connect(target) has no element (the core contract has no element type). browserDeps binds the container in here.
